Responsibilities:
Managing Current Clients:
- Serve as the senior point of contact for a major regional account, building and maintaining trusted relationships
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and results
- Comprehend clients business objectives and challenges and proactively offer strategic guidance to support goal achievement
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to grow business
- Lead annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and strategic discussions with clients
- Collaborate with strategy and media teams to develop performance-focused marketing plans.
- Ensure operational excellence throughout campaign execution, from planning and optimization to detailed performance analysis
Contributing to New Business:
- Play a pivotal role in the pitch process in Singapore, contributing to strategy development, submission, and presentation
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to evaluate prospects requirements and design tailored media and strategic solutions
- Share insights from the market, client success stories, and performance metrics to support new business initiatives
- Represent the agency at industry events, networking functions, and during RFI/RFP engagements as needed
Team Leadership and Development:
- Mentor and guide 20+ employees across the region including Account Managers, Planners, and junior staff through regular coaching and feedback
- Foster a culture of high performance and innovation within media and client servicing teams
- Manage and develop cross-functional teams involved in media buying and client servicing
- Facilitate collaboration with regional and global teams for knowledge exchange and information sharing
Candidate Profile:
- 12+ years of experience in performance marketing, with extensive expertise in digital media planning and buying, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership capacity leading a sizable team.
- Solid understanding of digital media channels including paid social media, paid search, programmatic, and affiliate marketing
- Experience with traditional media channels like Out-Of-Home (OOH), TV, and radio is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of regional digital media landscape, platforms, and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in English; additional languages relevant to the market are a plus
- MUST be Singaporean or a SG PR holder.
