What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
  • Analyze manufacturing data and process parameters to identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues
  • Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel
  • Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Contribute to the development of new products and process technologies
  • Continuously research and implement best practices in process engineering

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 years of proven experience as a Process Engineer in the semiconductor or application industries
  • Strong understanding of process engineering principles, including statistical process control, design of experiments, and lean manufacturing
  • Proficient in the use of process control and data analysis tools, such as SPC software and SQL
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
