Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Install and configure hardware and software applications.
  • Monitor and maintain applications and systems to ensure their smooth functioning.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain IT projects.
  • Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs.
  • Provide technical support for any IT-related matters or issues.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills.
  • Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Provide dedicated and discreet on-site and remote IT support to senior management or VVIP users, ensuring minimal disruption to their daily operations.
  • Handle urgent or high-impact technical issues with professionalism, maintaining a high level of service quality and confidentiality.
  • Any ad hoc task being assigned that is relevant to the scope.

Requirements:

  • Min. NITEC in IT related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in managing a small team.
  • Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable to work in a healthcare environment.
  • This role will require you to take the necessary vaccines.
