**JOB TYPE**
Contract

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To perform first level troubleshooting of incident tickets.
- Resolve incident tickets based on service level agreement.
**Technical / Professional Skills**
- Good technical support skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken and written English
**Non-Technical / Soft Skills**
- Proactive in incident resolution
**Other Task-Specific Knowledge**
- Team player who is IT-savvy and able multi-task.
- Able to work independently or in a small team.
- Able to communicate well with people at various organisation levels.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- NITEC / Diploma in an IT-related discipline or Degree in any discipline
- 1 year experience (preferred)
