Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Desktop/ End-users/ Helpdesk support and bring technical issues (raised by customers) to a timely closure
- Provide basic support and troubleshooting to clients, such as password resets, printer configurations, break-fixed instructions, support routing and escalation to L2 level
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and tracking them through resolution
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Liaise with third party vendors to coordinate client issues on specific services.
- Liaise with product manufacturers for problem escalation and resolution.
- Support company for project implementation activities.
- Opportunity to advance into true L2 knowledge i.e. system server/ network/ network security related tasks & projects

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Computer Studies, Information System or related course.
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows and Windows installer related topics (Windows 7 above)
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts.
- A good team player with strong sense of ownership
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to join in short notice or immediately is a strong advantage
