**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Break fix support for end user equipment’s Install, Move, Add, Change.
- On-site installation and uninstall of hardware & software
- On-site troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Permanent on-site L1/L2 level desktop support
- Provide VIP support, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance
- Possess good troubleshooting skills (Hardware and Software)
- Use tools and methodologies to load, copy and customize operating system configurations for deployment
- Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory
- Familiarize end users on basic software, hardware and peripheral device operation
- Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned
- Work independently on daily support services and promptly escalate to the immediate supervisor for any pending issues or difficulties faced
- Resolve and update incidents within SLA and also update stakeholders
**Job Requirements**
- Min Diploma in IT / relevant field or higher.
- At least 2 Years of experience in desktop support.
- Able to take initiative and work with minimum supervision.
- Good working knowledge experience in L1 and L2 level desktop support.
- Possess attributes of passion, self-motivated, proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Good interpersonal skill and team player.
**Other information**:

- Shift work 7am - 4pm, 10am - 7pm.
- 12 months renewable contract (potential of conversion)
