**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high-quality products and to achieve company production and financial objectives.
- Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
- To plan, identify bottlenecks, undertake investigation and advise on possible resolutions of the same. To regularly communicate and liaise with other departments on-site to minimize the amount of non-conforming material and maximize capacity.
- Being involved in the development of process design and construction for capital projects is taken under regular supervision.
- To provide process engineering to improve the plant on quality, capacity, and SHE improvement issues. And develop tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
- To implement actions regarding energy improvement plan and monitor progress.
- Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures.
- Assembles reports to document process status and changes and communicates findings and proposals to upper management.
- Renew yearly operational capacity and strategy based on past production data.
- Develop operating instructions, risk assessments, and training for production activities.
- Contributes to departmental KPI by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- The role has no line management responsibility but is required to provide guidance to less experienced staff.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Min 2 years working experience in manufacturing/ operation from petrochemical or chemical industries
- Min 4 - 5 years working experience will be considered senior position
- Knowledge in SHE & QA Systems
- Knowledge in Site Processes and SAP or equivalent systems
- Broad technical knowledge in manufacturing processes also plays an active part in supporting safe operations or engineering.
- Knowledge of chemical process hazards/ site processes
