Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and take the lead in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee content creation for both digital and offline platforms.
  • Plan and manage regional marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches to strengthen brand presence.
  • Liaise with vendors and agencies to ensure successful delivery of marketing activities.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance data, providing insights and reports on campaign results.
  • Manage and update the company's website and social media channels in line with brand standards.
  • Monitor and control marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Lead internal communication initiatives to promote employee engagement and brand advocacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the analytical instruments industry (scientific, environmental, semiconductor, or automotive sectors).
  • Proven ability to plan and execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in CMS and CRM systems, with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
