Job Summary

  • Working schedule: 5-day work week, Mon to Thurs 8:30am to 6.00pm / Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Employment type: 11-month contract
  • Managing accreditation and registration of specialists' policies and operations for healthcare professionals

Responsibilities

  • Screen and process healthcare professionals' applications for specialists accreditation and registration
  • Correspond with employers and applicants on matters related to their applications
  • Review and manage policies related to healthcare professionals' accreditation and registration
  • Provides secretariat support for Board/Council and professional committee meetings
  • Handling of enquiries and management of public mailbox
  • Processing specialist accreditation and specialist registration applications where credentials are assessed.
  • Liaise with senior professionals sitting in the board and desk heads at MOH
  • Manage a professional website

Requirements

  • Preferably with prior experience in regulatory/policy work and operations/administration work.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident demeanour.
  • Possess critical thinking, customer relationship management and data analysis skills.
  • Display meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, handle pressure well, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bring a self-motivated attitude and positive approach to work.
  • Are technologically adept, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
