About the role

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and providing feedback
  2. Utilising various recruitment tools and techniques to identify high-quality candidates on LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok and then some.
  3. Building and maintaining a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants
  4. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
  5. Providing excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the recruitment process
  7. Have some skills on Social media, Content Creating, Canva and Pixlr.
