Work Hours: Mon to Thur (9.30am-6pm) ; Fri till 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership – Work closely with the CEO and business managers to align IT strategies with business goals and support growth.
  • Oversee IT operations – Manage networks, servers, hardware, software, and business applications to ensure smooth and secure day-to-day operations.
  • Drive innovation – Stay ahead of emerging technologies, recommend upgrades, and implement cost-effective IT solutions to boost efficiency.
  • Ensure security & compliance – Lead cybersecurity initiatives, oversee GDPR/data protection, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Lead continuous improvement – Troubleshoot issues, manage IT incidents, and implement best practices to improve uptime and user satisfaction.
  • Vendor & project management – Oversee IT projects, manage external providers, and ensure service levels are met.

Requirements:

  • Only for Singaporeans.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates during daily communication.
  • Knowledge of backend systems such as Zoho, NOVA, or other inventory management systems will be a strong advantage.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
