Job Summary:
- Employment type: 6-month contract
- Working hours: Mon-Thu 8.30 am to 6 pm, Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and logistical support in the areas of recruitment for the HR Management team
- Support some of the HR events, such as sourcing for quotes, designing EDMs and providing logistical support
Job Requirements:
- Minimally possess a Diploma
- Relevant working experience in HR related functions is preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Meticulous, and able to work independently and efficiently and posess good communication and interpersonal skills
