Our client is a leading multinational bank with a strong footprint across the ASEAN region. To support their growing business, they are looking for a Credit Insurance Specialist to join their high-performing Credit Insurance team Basic + Comm

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to introduce and promote a range of Credit Insurance products.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team KPIs in sales, quality, and productivity.
  • Engage customers with confidence — handle objections effectively and close sales with persuasive communication.
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering professional service and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently present product benefits and tailor solutions to customer needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE A-Level.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven individual with a passion for sales.
  • Team-oriented and able to contribute to a dynamic, results-focused environment.
  • CMFAS Modules M5 and M9 certifications required.
