**Job Description: Clinic Manager/ Nurse manager**

**Job Summary**:
As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and administration of a specialist O&G clinic in Singapore with a 5.5 day work week. Your primary objective will be to ensure the clinic runs smoothly, providing high-quality healthcare services to patients while adhering to local regulations and industry standards. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining a positive work environment, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Clinic Operations Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, effective resource allocation, and timely delivery of service (this includes in frontline clinic operations including reception, financial counselling, clinic assistant, nursing and ad-hoc administrative duties as determined by management)
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage clinic schedules, appointments, and patient flow
- Inventory management of drugs and medical/non-medical consumables
- Manage insurance claiming processes

**2. Staff Leadership and Management**:

- Train and supervise clinic staff
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, professional growth, and open communication among team members

**3. Patient Care and Experience**:

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to patients, adhering to established clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor patient satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve patient experience
- Handle patient feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

**4. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Maintaining clinic-related licenses, medical/IT equipment supplies and servicing with proper record-keeping
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including patient records, inventory management, and financial records, in accordance with privacy and data protection regulations.

**5. Financial Management**:

- Collaborate with billing and insurance providers to ensure accurate and timely claims submission and payment processing.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Nursing and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and patients
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,200.00 per month
