We are an **O&G** company looking for a **various positions **for full time post

**LOCATION**: Mt Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre
- **Staff Nurse / Enrolled Nurse**

1. Counselling pts (IVF) / Financial counselling
2. Assist doctor in surgeries
3. Giving injections
4. Front counter duties
5. Assisting the doctor for minor procedures
6. Adhoc administrative duties
7. Stock Taking
8. Sterilizing instruments

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- GP / Specialist Clinic experience is an added advantage
- Entry level is accepted
- Immediate post available
- Training will be provided

**Clinic Admin / Secretary**

**($2,500 - $3,000)**
- Preparation of lab reports, surgery reports and doctor’s letters.
- Organization of patient’s records and files.
- Calendar maintenance of doctors meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings including taking meeting minutes.
- Inventory maintenance - office supplies & clinic equipment.
- Facilitate maintenance arrangements for clinic equipment.
- Other adhoc duties.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong knowledge of medical terminologies.
- Computer savvy.
- Experience with administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is a MUST.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience is an added advantage.

**Senior Clinic Assistant**

**($2,800 - $3,500)**
- Attend to phone calls and patient enquiries
- Booking appointments
- Receive and discharge patients
- Handle laboratory tests and reports
- Assist doctors in minor procedures

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Entry level is welcome.
- Prior experience to GP and Specialist clinic is an added advantage.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
