Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to lead and coordinate both clinical and operational services in a high-end private outpatient setting. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care while upholding the highest clinical and regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Strategic Operations Director and Medical Director, the Nurse Manager will oversee nursing staff, drive quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. The role also includes recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing personnel.

We are looking for an individual with strong clinical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence in care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical care delivery and patient satisfaction.

  • Lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and innovation in care models.

  • Concierge Services Management

  • Oversee personalized care programs and high-touch services tailored to individual patient needs.

  • Enhance the concierge patient experience with best-in-class attention and responsiveness.

  • Clinic Operations Oversight

  • Manage daily clinic functions to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.

  • Monitor nursing standards and clinical workflows to uphold service excellence.

  • Patient-Centered Care

  • Ensure holistic and individualized care that addresses both medical and comfort needs.

  • Facilitate compassionate, clear communication with patients and caregivers.

  • Interdepartmental Support

  • Work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to support interdisciplinary care and ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Promote teamwork across clinic operations, administrative, and support teams.

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to all Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and healthcare standards.

  • Oversee infection control, documentation accuracy, and medical equipment maintenance.

  • People Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and guide staff through feedback and career development.

  • Workforce and Resource Planning

  • Develop effective scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution.

  • Drive recruitment and retention efforts to build a high-performing team.

  • Operational and Process Improvement

  • Create and maintain SOPs; identify opportunities for workflow enhancements.

  • Integrate automation tools and digital systems for operational efficiency.

  • Procurement and Cost Management

  • Manage procurement and inventory to ensure timely availability of quality supplies and equipment.

  • Monitor and optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency.

  • Training and Education

  • Provide onboarding, training, and continuous education to nursing staff.

  • Stay current with advancements in nursing practice, regulatory changes, and healthcare trends.

  • Emergency and Crisis Management

  • Support emergency preparedness and crisis management protocols.

  • Ensure operational continuity and patient safety in high-pressure scenarios.

  • Ad-hoc Responsibilities

  • Execute special tasks and projects as assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required); Advanced Diploma in Oncology Nursing is a plus.
  • 5–7 years of nursing leadership experience in a private outpatient or specialty clinic setting.
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic healthcare environments.
  • Strong clinical acumen and judgment with a focus on patient-centric luxury care.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in clinical software and digital systems.
  • Committed to quality improvement, service excellence, and regulatory compliance.
