**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated female **Clinic Assistant** to join our dedicated team at a Women's Specialist Clinic. The Clinic Assistant plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth patient journey, and maintaining a warm, professional, and efficient clinic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Patient Care & Front Desk Duties**
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up coordination
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment reminders
- Provide clear and empathetic guidance to patients regarding clinic processes

**2. Administrative Support**
- Maintain accurate patient records using the clinic’s EMR system
- Assist in preparing consultation and procedure rooms
- Ensure timely filing, data entry, and proper documentation of medical information
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims processing

**3. Clinical Support (Training Provided)**
- Assist doctors with basic clinical procedures (e.g., preparing instruments, chaperoning)
- Support patient preparation for consultations or minor procedures
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering of medical and office supplies

**4. Clinic Environment & Safety**
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of consultation and treatment rooms
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols
- Participate in maintaining a calm, respectful, and organized clinic space

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in healthcare or clinic setting / experience as a nurse preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with EMR systems (training provided)
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Warm, courteous, and patient-centric attitude

**Preferred Attributes**
- Interest in women’s health and patient care
- Fluency in English and one other language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems or procedures
- Team player with a positive and proactive mindset

Pay: From $2,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
