Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for nursing, allied health, and support roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and partnerships with schools or training institutions.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Handle job offers, negotiations, and onboarding documentation.
  • Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for frequently hired roles.
  • Support recruitment drives, job fairs, and career events, including organizing open houses or walk-in interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions and orientation for new hires.
  • Ensure smooth integration into the organization by working with relevant departments (IT, Operations, Nursing).
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Support audits and documentation for foreign manpower hiring (e.g., Work Pass applications, renewals)

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
