Role Summary

The Deputy Director / Director of DTO is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving digital transformation, overseeing enterprise technology infrastructure, and ensuring operational excellence across the institute. This role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead the development and execution of company's digital strategy, including infrastructure modernization, data governance, and platform integration.

·       Oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and vendor management.

·       Drive innovation in digital services, including AI-enabled platforms and analytics tools.

·       Manage cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and digital services.

·       Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business continuity, process automation, and digital upskilling.

·       Agile and DevOps methodologies

·       CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)

·       AI/ML integration in HR tech platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Master's degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MSc in Digital Transformation or Technology Management).

Certifications

·       Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

·       Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

·       ITIL Foundation or Practitioner

·       Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2

·       Certified Cloud Architect (AWS, Azure)

·       Agile/Scrum Master Certification

Preferred Experience

· years in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.

·       Experience in public sector or government-linked organizations.

·       Familiarity with HR technology platforms and digital workforce initiatives.
