Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic professional to join Changi Airport Group (CAG) Engineering & Development Cluster's Innovation and Process Enhancement team, contributing to innovative technology solutions that enhance our engineering systems and processes.

This role focuses on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of CAG's in-house asset inspection and management system, alongside partner vendors. The candidate will play a key role in shaping software standards, guiding development priorities, and ensuring smooth collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather user requirements and translate them into business and system specifications.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance large-scale web/mobile applications using .NET / Azure for web and .NET MAUI (C#) for iOS/Android mobile apps.
  • Review partner-developed software and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Manage stakeholders and vendors by reviewing tasks, prioritizing development, and assessing man-day effort to support accurate planning and delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues within SLA requirements.
  • Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to improve system functionality.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, OutSystems) to complement traditional development.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.

Requirements:

  • Good degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing web application in the Microsoft .net Framework using ASP.Net MVC, C#.
  • Strong knowledge in .Net / Azure, C# and ASP.NET, SQL database or relational database skills, and .Net / Azure application support and development knowledge.
  • Desired to have knowledge in workflow, such as Nintex, Power Automate, K2, understanding of modern web technologies on Microsoft platforms, cloud computing, WCM and ECM, and understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS.
  • Creative and with good analytical thinking ability, qualitative/quantitative and problem-solving skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good team player, self-motivated with strong ability to multi-task and able to handle fast-paced projects.
