**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor performance and ongoing milestones for LCL products development.
- Monitor activities and where possible, implement improvements as outlined by the respective product manager.
- Work with the respective Product Manager on pricing formulation and positioning of the LCL products within the geographical location assigned.
- Analyse past performance and work on the implementation of new opportunities for growth.
- Perform monthly analyses LCL performance and prepare reports showing key findings to the team.
- Coordinate and perform TM activities between different Regions and Countries.
- Lead and coordinate tender tasks as a bid manager and spearhead the bid for strategic alignment and tender submission.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Regional/ International working experience preferred.
- Prior working experience in Consolidation, Pricing and Tender Management is highly preferred.
