**Key Responsibilities**
As a Deputy Engineer, you are responsible for coordinating, implementing and executing Maintenance Activities and Projects

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Maintenance/Project Engineering team
- Supervise and perform repairing, servicing and maintenance of Inflight Catering systems and equipment
- Work closely with Operation/Production teams and internal stakeholders for proper scheduling and ensuring high availability of systems and equipment
- Provide and maintain good customer service and teamwork
- Ensure all jobs are properly coordinated and completed within allocated time frame
- To perform all works in accordance with the specified standards and qualities
- Responsible for providing timely, professional and accurate information to customer’s technical service enquires at all times
- Responsible for ensuring validity of maintenance contracts, availability of critical/consumable spare parts and timely payment of invoices
- To liaise with principal on unresolved technical problems, and ensure proper records are maintained
- To assist maintenance engineer in operational issues

**Key Requirements**
- Diploma in Engineering Field, majoring in Electrical & Mechanical will have an added advantage
- Experience in handling of Inflight Catering systems and equipment for example; Refrigeration, ASRS/Material handling systems, Food processing/cooking/packaging/inspection, Conveyor dishwasher, Vacuum waste disposal.
- Prior experience in following software/system will be preferred:Warehouse management/control systems, HMI, PLC, IT and IoT.
- Experience in using SAP S4 Hana/Ariba, MS Power App and AutoCAD
- Prior experience in people and spare parts management will be preferred
