Assistant Logistics Manager

Assist P&L Head to oversee, plan and manage daily logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations
- Perform continuous improvement activities on outbound/inbound logistic flows, cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Lead periodical stock take /cycle count, inventory adjustment and handle claim documentation on cargo damaged etc.
- Prepare management reports to ensure that the management has the relevant information needed to support strategic decision-making
- To oversee the warehouse safety to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees
- Ensure timely and accurately billing to customers
- Any other ad hoc assignment as assigned by the Management
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or Operations Management
- 5 to 8 years of 3PL / Logistics experience with at least 3 years in managerial/supervisory position
- A multi-tasker with strong initiative and self-motivated with good learning mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with data manipulation skills ability
- Understand WMS, TMS, OMS
- Trained in 5S, Kaisan, TQM and/or other productivity management system
- Able to handle basic project and account management
- Able to work in 3D environment
**Salary**: Up to $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
