- Position Title**:Logistic Assistant**:

- Working Location: East - Changi (Company transport provided at Sengkang, Bedok, Tanah Merah, Expo)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6 PM)
- Salary Package**:Up to SGD 2400 + AWS + OT pay**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deal with Production, Sales, QA, Freight forwarder
- Prepare Good Received Notes
- Assist with production packing
- Un-stuff incoming containers when assigned
- Release stock based on First In First Out concept
- Prepare consumable and packaging inventory reports
- Perform checks and pack outgoing goods against the correct D/O, COA, etc.
- Perform check and count on incoming goods versus delivery orders, physical stock, visual, etc
- Liaise with QA Department in the event when inspection of received raw materials or consumables is required
- Update data timely via spreadsheets and SAP system and upkeep proper documentation
- Assist in stock take or cycle count at a company or third-party warehouse on a weekly or monthly basis
- Maintain good 5S and hygiene, good GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Observe and follow safety procedures and regulations at all times

- Possess forklift license is a MUST
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus point
- Able to work OT if required
