We are looking for a meticulous and driven Accounts Executive (Treasury) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a keen eye for financial accuracy, whilst working closely with stakeholders to drive financial efficiency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain treasury transactions for timely monthly financial reporting
- Process payments for the holding company, staff and suppliers in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements with accounting records to ensure accuracy
- Serve as the primary liaison with banks for account-related matters
- Monitor cash flow levels to maintain operational liquidity and optimise surplus cash through group cash pooling
- Execute foreign exchange activities to ensure efficient fund utilisation
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and reports
- Compile and submit billing data for HQ reimbursement claims
- Post payroll journals to the general ledger
Key Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Accountancy
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, analytical and have a positive work attitude
- A team player with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
