The Role

As a Solution Engineer, you will support the Solution Manager in designing, implementing, and integrating security and technology solutions. You will act as the bridge between client requirements, technical feasibility, and operational execution, ensuring that every solution is practical, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in evaluating client requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct site surveys, requirement gathering, and feasibility studies.
  • Design system architecture diagrams, workflows, and configuration documents.
  • Prepare proposals, technical write-ups, and presentation materials.
  • Support Proof-of-Concepts (POC), demos, and pilot testing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solution delivery.
  • Provide technical support during deployment, including troubleshooting and integration.
  • Maintain solution documentation and knowledge transfer records.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in solution design, system integration, or pre-sales engineering (preferably in security or ICT).
  • Knowledge of networking, servers, storage, and security systems (CCTV, VMS, access control, analytics, etc.).
  • Proficient in technical documentation and diagrams (e.g., Visio, AutoCAD).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel for site surveys, client meetings, and deployments.
