Central Region, Singapore 1-Group (Singapore) Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance and HR policy interpretation to management.

• Handling full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing, benefit & compensation, recruitment, performance management and training activities.

• Establish the human resource requirements of the organization in terms of recruitment, retention, and succession planning.

• Contribute to shaping the business from team structure, morale and culture.

• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.

• Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating and preserving human capital.

• Ensure that current HR practices comply with governmental regulations and advise management on needed actions.

• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements and other government-related claims, as well as administer work pass applications/ issuance/ renewal/ cancellation, etc.

• Drive and manage other HR projects and initiatives as required employee activities such as Annual Team Building, Staff Dinner etc.

• Assist and support Training & Development planning and execution.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
