We retrieve plastic waste from rivers and mangrove forests in Indonesia, combine it with post-consumer plastic waste and captured CO2 from discarded coconut shells, using ECOFUSION, our proprietary technology,  and re-engineer it into sustainable nanocomposites that match the mechanical properties of existing virgin materials, at a lower cost.

We began our journey in 2019 as a D2C brand under PANGEA Movement with a focus on sustainable outdoor gear and funding cleanup operations. We've since expanded into the B2B sector with Regenesis, a new materials vertical. This expansion allows us to extend our circular regenerative model to an industrial scale, to serve other companies. 

We launched Regenesis at Mido, Milan in February 2025. We gained immense interest from major brands in the industry, signing more than 70 LOIs in one week with all the largest companies, including Safilo, Marchon, Inspecs, Luxottica, and others, who confirmed their interest to adopt our materials for some of the largest brands in the industry under their portfolios.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Legal Manager, based in Singapore, to lead our Company's global legal strategy and projects.

This person will oversee all legal domains, including fundraising, intellectual property (patents and trademarks), permitting, international contracts, corporate structuring, entities formations, compliance, and other legal matter, ensuring that Company's global expansion is legally sound, efficient, and aligned with our mission.

This is a leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and COO, and will involve close collaboration with investors, R&D, supply chain, regulatory authorities, and external counsel in multiple jurisdictions.

1. Legal Fundraising & Corporate Governance

2. Oversee all legal documentation for fundraising rounds (e.g., SAFEs, convertible notes, equity agreements).

3. Manage cap table updates, investor due diligence, and securities compliance across jurisdictions (Singapore, EU, US).
4. Support international corporate restructuring and entity formation for expansion (e.g., Portugal subsidiary).

5. Maintain a secure data room and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

6. Intellectual Property (Patents, Trademarks, Trade Secrets)

7. Manage the company's global IP strategyacross patents, trademarks, and trade secrets together with a specialized firm in charge of it.

8. Coordinate with R&D and external IP counsel to evaluate patentability, draft, file, and manage global patent portfolios with third parties.
9. Oversee the trademarking of brand names, materials, and technologies globally with third party providers.

10. Build internal IP systems to manage inventor assignments, renewals, and confidentiality protocols, or outsource it by managing a third party.

11. Permitting & Regulatory Compliance

12. Identify and manage all permits and regulatory requirements across manufacturing sites and supply chain partners in Indonesia, Singapore, and other international jurisdictions, together with the company's admin manager.

13. Liaise with permitting consultants and government agencies on environmental, zoning, and industrial compliance.
14. Ensure adherence to international regulatory frameworks such as REACH, ISO, CE, FDA, EPR schemes, and circular economy certifications.

15. Anticipate legal and regulatory risks related to new materials, technologies, or export/import regulations.

16. International Contracts & Commercial Law

17. Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, offtake agreements, licensing deals, and strategic partnerships.

18. Establish standardized contract frameworks to ensure alignment with Company's IP and business strategy.

19. Manage cross-border legal issues, including distribution, confidentiality, and joint venture agreements.

20. Employment & HR Legal Compliance

21. Support HR compliance across international jurisdictions (Singapore, Indonesia, EU, etc.).

22. Draft and review employment agreements, contractor terms, and HR policies consistent with local and international labor laws.

23. Risk Management & Legal Operations

24. Build internal legal processes, documentation systems, and compliance frameworks.

25. Provide proactive legal advice on risk management, governance, and ethical compliance.
26. Manage relationships with external law firms and optimize legal spending.
