Our client is a solar energy solution provider in Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Managing Legal Documents: Creating contracts, wills, leases, and other legal documents, often with a focus on accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Legal Research: Investigating legal precedents, researching laws and regulations, and summarizing findings to support legal arguments and advice.
  • Case Management: Assisting with the preparation of court cases, managing case files, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is filed and organized.
  • Client Interaction: Interviewing clients, gathering information, and providing updates on case progress, often acting as a point of contact for clients.
  • Liaison with Professionals: Communicating with other legal professionals, such as solicitors, barristers, and court staff, as well as with external stakeholders like mortgage lenders or planning officers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the organization or clients adhere to relevant laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks.
  • Specialization: Legal executives often specialize in a specific area of law, such as family law, property law, or criminal law.

Requirements:

  • Legal Knowledge: A strong understanding of legal principles and procedures, including knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze legal documents, research information, and assess legal risks.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify legal issues, develop solutions, and advise clients on appropriate courses of action.
