Company OverviewWell-established organisation within the engineering sectorAs the business continues to grow, there is a need to strengthen HR capability to better support operational leaders and align people strategies with business and project priorities.Role OverviewThis is an end-to-end HR role for a self-driven HR professional who can operate independently and a self starter with minimal supervision.This role is intended to uplift HR into a more strategic, business-partnering function, supporting stakeholder while ensuring strong HR governance.Strategic HR & Stakeholder PartneringPartner closely with management, project directors, and site leaders to align HR strategies with project and business prioritiesProvide HR advisory support across multiple stakeholder with differing priorities, workforce needs, and constraintsSupport workforce planning, manpower deployment, and succession planning across projectsAct as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and people-related riskEnd-to-End HR ManagementManage the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and offboardingReview, implement, and enhance HR policies, processes, and SOPs to support a project-based workforceEnsure compliance with local labour laws, statutory requirements, and industry regulationsWork closely with project teams on manpower planning, mobilisation, and demobilisationSupport performance, disciplinary, and grievance mattersBalance operational urgency with consistent HR practicesHR Transformation & Process ImprovementIdentify gaps in existing HR practices and proactively drive improvementsSupport HR transformation initiatives as the organisation scalesImplement practical HR frameworks that are fit-for-purpose for an engineering and project-driven businessRequirementsProven experience in an end-to-end HR roleAble to work independently with minimal supervision or follow-upStrong stakeholder management skills, able to align different priorities across projectsStrategic thinker with a hands-on approachSolid knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practicesHow to Apply: Click Apply Now — or send your resume directly to Talent@BuildBridgePartners.comEA Details:EA Name: BuildBridge Partners Pte LtdEA License No: 25C2918EA Reg No: R1551092 – Khoo Yan Jie
