As a Partnership Executive at OTBT, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and management of strategic partnerships with clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the advertising industry, providing hands-on experience in client relationship management, campaign execution, and business development. **Responsibilities:
**Supporting Client Relationships**:

- Assist in building and nurturing relationships with clients, providing responsive and attentive support.
- Learn to understand clients' business objectives and needs, and contribute to the development of tailored advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with senior team members to coordinate client meetings, presentations, and communications.

**Assisting in Campaign Development**:

- Contribute creative ideas and insights to advertising campaigns, working closely with internal teams to bring concepts to life.
- Assist in the preparation of advertising proposals, presentations, and campaign materials for client review.
- Learn to monitor campaign performance and gather data for analysis, under the guidance of senior team members.

**Learning and Development**:

- Take advantage of training opportunities to deepen your understanding of advertising principles, industry trends, and client management techniques.
- Seek feedback from senior team members and incorporate it into your work to enhance your skills and capabilities. Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects to contribute ideas and learn from colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a willingness to learn new software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment with a supportive team culture
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
