Our client is a leading financial institution with worldwide presence. An opportunity has arisen for an energetic and resourceful HR professional to join their existing desk in Singapore.

You will be an instrumental member of the team in supporting HR generalist functions and projects, together with minor business partnering responsibilities. You duties will include but not limited to:

- Recruitment; administering, coordination, on-board, off-board
- Administering leave records and updating of HR database
- Expatriate management (housing, relocation etc.)
- Perform full process of payroll and tax administration
- Liaise with external vendors for requests and other matters when required
- Other ad-hoc administration and support duties as required

This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong Generalist background. You will have at least 5 years of experience preferably in a similar capacity, willing to be bands on and highly independent. You are a go-getter and able to effectively manage stakeholders.

You are analytical and articulate in your communication style. You are highly adaptable to change and work well under pressure.
