**Responsibilities we will trust you with**:
- Handle training registrations and follow-up on course confirmations and payments
- Verify invoices, raise purchase requisitions and goods received
- Support admin functions such as stationery, uniforms, safety shoes etc
- Liaise with relevant government bodies and authorities eg. MOM on HR related matters, surveys, and reports
- Liaise with site personnel and dormitory operators
- Upload substitution in the attendance system
- Assist with employees on boarding and off boarding
- Maintain and update employees’ records
- Assist in regulatory surveys and management reports
**Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role**:
- Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Detailed, organized, meticulous and able to multi-task.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
