**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and manage the overall security manpower and security services for multiple sites across the island
Manage the overall security plan delivered for all sites
Conduct onboarding induction and OJT for Security Officer deployed
Take charge of security sites
Provide timely updates and reports by leveraging on technology and systems
Maintain a strong relationship with client
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for the success of mobilising security operations
Review Standard Operating Procedures for Security Services to ensure it is up to date and relevant
Ensuring that daily toolbox briefing, attendance taking and task briefing are done before each shift begins
Conduct site visits to ensure standards and manage morale and discipline of security officers
Provide timely response to site for any emergencies or response required
Conduct incident management and reporting
Attend monthly performance meeting with clients

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and manage the overall security manpower deployed on sites across the island
Manage security manpower plannings
Conduct onboarding induction and OJT for Security Officer deployed
Take charge of security sites
Provide timely updates and reports by leveraging on technology and systems
Maintain a strong relationship with client
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for the success of mobilising security operations
Review Standard Operating Procedures for Security Services to ensure it is up to date and relevant
Provide timely response to site for any emergencies or response required
Support site personnel for follow-up incident reporting and investigation
Attend monthly performance meetings with clients

**Skills and Qualifications**:
A good tertiary qualification in any field with at least 3 years of relevant Operational experience
- Proficient in using softwares and systems such as Microsoft Excel, Google Suite
- Excellent in verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in managing multiple sites for security
- Proficient with data analysis, duty forecasting, and manpower planning
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
- Prior full time experience in SPF or SAF will be advantageous
- Having FSM/CERT certification will be advantageous
- **Certified PWM Security Supervisor**
