Urgent hiring to manage existing client accounts
We are looking for a highly-motivated and disciplined individual to take on the job of Events Manager. Individual must possess a strong passion for organising community roadshow and events, and enjoy seeing their event conceptualisation come to life
Job responsibilities would include:
- Managing our main existing client accounts, making sure roadshows and event activations run smoothly.
- Liaison with client and vendors to make sure event runs smoothly.
- Managing cost and making sure the event stays within budget.
- Generating proposals for potential or existing clients where needed.
Job requirements:
- Must have experience organising community roadshows of up to 100 or more people.
- Source for materials and negotiate best price from suppliers.
- Excellent organizer with strong project management skills must have experience in managing multiple events at any one time with the ability to multitask and prioritize based upon the event requirements.
