With a strong reputation for excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Events Sales Manager**to join our growing team.
**Position Overview**:
The **Events Sales Manager**is a dual-role position involving both client acquisition and hands-on event coordination. You will lead the sales effort while managing end-to-end event logistics, client communications, manpower, and on-site operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Client Management**:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, outreach, and referrals
- Handle inbound event inquiries, deliver tailored proposals, and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through consistent communication
- Facilitate client meetings and briefings, ensuring expectations and goals are clearly defined and met
**Event Coordination & Execution**:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from pre-production through post-event follow-up
- Oversee logistics, inventory, and equipment/materials required for each event
- Manage a team of facilitators, assigning roles and ensuring high performance
- Conduct manpower training and briefing sessions to ensure smooth event operations
- Monitor event execution to ensure quality, timing, and safety standards are met
- Handle on-site troubleshooting and maintain a professional client-facing presence
- Work closely with vendors, venues, and internal teams to align on event timelines and deliverables
**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage event-related documentation, including contracts, budgets, run sheets, and post-event reports
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Support operational processes including inventory control, team scheduling, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Availability to work on weekends or evenings, depending on project requirements
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in event sales, coordination, or production
- Proven ability to manage multiple events and deadlines under pressure
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/event management tools
