Workdays/hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Saturdays 8:30 to 12:30 pm

Monthly Basic Salary Range: S$5,000 to S$6,500

Monthly Allowances & Commission: Min S$2,000 (if achieve sales target)

We represent a reputable company to identify the right talent to be the Head of Sales & Marketing for the Company. This position directly reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Sales Team to direct sales and operations planning to execute business and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets via all channels.
- Responsible for the company’s sales growth and increased sales volume by meeting base targets.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Develop, establish, and implement sales and targeted promotional strategies to spearhead target sales volume for the Company’s top line.
- Maintain strong client relations with existing customers.
- Plan sales visitation and positioning strategies and affect them towards realizing the stated sales objective.
- Review the Company Business Strategic Development Plan and determine how to maximize marketing intelligence.
- Identify new sales/markets, fish products, and business opportunities for the Company’s Shop, Stall, and Kiosk.
- Update management on sales performance on time and accurately in the Company’s sales dashboard and/or at the sales meetings.
- Strategize and propose improvements to enhance work performance and overall productivity.
- Undertake special projects, which include the execution of novel sales practices and ongoing operations on updating SKU Master Lists on and/or Bar-coding.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages sharing best practices with the sales and marketing team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in sales and marketing with at least 3 years relevant similar working experience.
- Experience working in the F&B industry, particularly family with the seafood landscape.
- Proven sales track record and leadership capability to lead a sales and marketing team.
- Passion for promoting healthy seafood to the F&B industry.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
