**Job Description** Job Summary**:
Support the presales team by configuring standard trial environments, mapping customer journeys, and producing demo content for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service. Ideal for fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, or Information Systems, the role offers hands-on CRM exposure and the opportunity to learn solution selling in a collaborative, client-focused setting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up and configure D365 Sales and Customer Service trials with appropriate sample data and roles.
- Design clear, persona-based customer-journey storyboards to support presales narratives.
- Create concise demo videos and supporting presales materials.
- Assist in preparing for client meetings and workshops; document notes and next steps.
- Organize and maintain demo assets and documentation for reuse across pursuits.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Systems; polytechnic diploma with CRM internship experience considered.
- Basic understanding of CRM processes; familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Strong client-facing communication skills; able to explain concepts clearly and confidently.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable with strong time management; comfortable working in diverse, cross-cultural environments; motivated to learn.
