We are currently recruiting a dynamic and driven individual to serve as Assistant Centre Manager / Centre Manager (depending on relevant experience and qualifications) for our MindSpace centre located at Sembawang Shopping Centre.

You will be given the opportunity to grow together with the business and be rewarded commensurately for your efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations for the centre
- Work with Centre Director to develop and implement standard operating procedures for the centre
- Maintain good relationships with parents and students
- Handle enquiries and centre visits for parents who are interested in the centre’s academic programmes
- Manage finance-related matters for the centre, including invoicing of school fees, deposits, transfers etc.
- Oversee class timetables and teachers’ schedules
- Prepare financial and centre reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Prepare records and forms, such as teacher attendance forms, student attendance forms, enrolment / withdrawal forms etc.
- Handle purchase requests for MindSpace merchandise and materials
- Conduct regular stock-taking and restocking of supplies
- Manage the production and dissemination of curriculum materials for students
- Oversee safety and well-being of students in the Centre, including adherence to fire safety guidelines, safe distancing guidelines etc.
- Manage other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Director

**Job Requisites**
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in managing a student care or enrichment centre
- Experience in teaching primary school students is a plus
- Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); added bonus if proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service attitude with strong ability to manage enquiries and juggle multiple responsibilities
- Meticulous, organised and proactive
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
