
Admin/operation Assistant

Creating and processing orders in a timely manner and review orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical development within the industry and market requirements
- Provide advice on products and services
- Manage operations for service excellence
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot customer queries related to product knowledge, order processing and shipment
- Support process development and scale-up for new and improved products
- Generate Certificate of Analysis (COA)
- Generate Purchase order
- Generate Sales order and Proforma Invoices
- Generete DO, Packing list and invoices
- Process documents required for shipments
- Keep records of inventory updated and correct
- Records inventory records in ERP system and ensure data is correct and up to date
- Generate Bill of materials in ERP system and ensure formulation and costing are correct
- Keep record of product and material samples and arrange to send to customer as per required.
- Issue job sheets for daily operations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
**Education**:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
