What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:Â

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for an ambitious Senior Strategy Manager to join the Strategy team for our global solution and service business. In this role you will be shaping the future of our services business by scaling digital services, driving an ecosystem of service partners, developing new business models, and crafting strategy and roadmaps for the senior leadership. This is a great opportunity to join a global team for driving novel approaches and transforming infrastructure service landscape with a market leader.   Â

This position will be based in Singapore, and reports into the global strategy team working across Asia, Europe and the Americas.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Lead and contribute to strategy projects and programs and conduct strategic analysis on a broad range of topics such as evaluate new service business models and channel strategiesÂ
- Define, initiate, and execute any necessary global, regional, and local activities for the purpose of realizing the vision of the new models in an entrepreneurial fashionÂ
- Engage with global and local colleagues from various business functions, potential partners, and customers to learn what works and what not. Â
- Prepare strategy presentations to decision
- making insights and objective recommendations with market research and analysisÂ
- Structure problems using logic, data, and hypothesis-driven approach to ultimately develop options to respond. Â

Â

Qualiï¬cationsÂ
- MBA required, with 6-8 years' experience in strategy consulting, strategy, service portfolio management, or sales channel managementÂ
- Advanced project management skills, being able to effectively coordinate multiple workstreams, with the ability to prioritize competing requests from different stakeholdersÂ
- Experienced with systematic stakeholder management up to C-levelÂ
- Excellent verbal /written communication and presentation skills with various functions and levels in the organizationÂ
- Strong aptitude in translating ï¬nancial, market, and business data into concise, relevant reports and recommendations for the businessÂ
- Strong team player with faithful character, that balances leading and contributing; with ability to earn trust and influence others to drive toward project goals and outcomesÂ
- Resilient personality, being able to stay calm, focused, and respectfulÂ
