**We will count on you to**:
- Understand market dynamics across key markets for physical health solutions
- Document current process for HBB and design new processes to eliminate gaps in the tool. (HBB is MMB’s full life-cycle employee health and benefits platform that supports all product lines and houses MMB products, policies, plan design, account management, billing, member management, placement and basic claims.)
- Build Marsh Mercer Benefits’ positioning across key markets
- Work with vendor(s) to prepare Marsh Mercer Benefits specific sales material
**What you need to have**:
- Strong interest in employee benefits, health and wealth projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Curiosity to learn
- Inner drive and desire to contribute
- Agility and adaptability
