**You will**
- Reach out to leads and work with the Sales team to encourage sign-ups
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems by working with other departments
- Stay on top of product feature releases and maintain an in-depth knowledge of how YouBiz functions
- Provide critical customer feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure that our product is up to customer expectations

**You are**
- **Passion for customer success** - you enjoy using your excellent verbal and written skills to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and you are a firm believer that customer experience is the success of any business. With 3-5 years of experience in customer experience management or customer success.
- **Team player and self-starter** - you are someone who can communicate ideas and new initiatives clearly with others and is open to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. You are also not deterred by tight timelines when things need to be done.
- **Adaptable** - you are someone who challenges themselves when circumstances change especially in a fast paced environment such as the Fintech industry.
- Willing to work on shift, up to 1 weekend per week
