**Position Overview**:
The Warehouse Customer Service Officerr manages the daily operational processes within the warehouse, specifically focusing on our Compass Platform for registration and updates related to inbound and outbound shipments. The primary objective is to uphold high service standards for customers while maintaining positive cooperation with suppliers. Additionally, this role involves constant communication with the Warehouse Supervisor to address operational issues and adjustments.

The Warehouse Customer Service Officer communicates daily with Warehouse Workers, Logistics Operators, and Customs Operators to ensure efficient execution of responsibilities.

**Reporting**: Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties
- Receive documentation for daily inbound packages from the Warehouse Worker Operator, with precise location instructions for order placement.
- Before scanning documents, verify if the incoming shipment is already registered in the Platform by the Orders Operator.
- If an inbound shipment is unregistered, scan the documents, create a new inbound record, upload received photos, validate the order, and generate inbound labels.
- If an inbound shipment is registered, verify the registration before scanning documents. Upload any missing documents, then upload photos, validate the order, and print inbound labels for Warehouse Workers to use during the receiving process.
- Maintain daily communication with the Orders Operator regarding packages that arrive with incomplete documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, MSDS for Dangerous Goods).
- Prepare all outbound labels in the Platform, including pallet labels and associated photos. Provide this information to the Warehouse Worker Operator based on palletizing instructions received from them.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Operator to confirm readiness for outbound shipments while keeping the daily planning updated.
