**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience as Customer Service Officer in a warehouse environment. 3PL background are at advantage
- Experiences on warehouse management system, import and export permit declaration, experience with seafreight / airfreight compliance
- Good command of english and have experience handle customer and communicating with appointed vendors
- Experience with Documentation such as checklists, temperature / RH reports
- Able to compile KPI reports periodically
- Able to verify the billing reports to our customers as well as service agreements

Mon to Sat 8.30am to 5.30pm (Alternate Sat after confirmation)
