**Job Description**:

- Assist in the daily warehouse operations to improve the operating standard, inventory management, customer service, quality and efficiency of the service operations.
- Assist in the customer service and inventory control to ensure prompt and good services delivered, and provide prompt rectification to remedy any service delivery deficiencies identified
- Do employ best practices in the functions of service standard setting, operations, inventory control, and customers service for the most efficient and effective approach.
- Adopt knowledge to provide good operational services and put in place a process of continuous professional development.
- Maintain customer files with quotations and internal approval form and other information.
- Manage shipping documentation formalities (Customs / Tradenet).
- Perform monthly billing to customers.
- Be self-motivated to enhance productivity and perform other tasks as assigned by the superior

Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years in warehouse/logistics field preferred.
- Minimum diploma in Logistics or equivalent preferred.
- Experienced in Licensed Warehouse environment and requirements for Customs’ compliance would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in computer especially Microsoft Office, WMS
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and clear focus on high quality.
- Organized and meticulous.

Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1700hrs

Alternate Saturdays: 0800hrs to 1200hrs
