SATS Gateway Services provides airfreight and ground handling services including passenger services, ramp and baggage handling, aviation security services, aircraft cleaning and aviation laundry. SATS Food Solutions serves airlines and institutions, and operates central kitchens with large-scale food production and distribution capabilities for a wide range of cuisines.

**Job duties and accountabilities**
- Responsible for the building facilities and cooling systems at the Airfreight Terminals
- Management of SATS appointed nominated sub-contractors
- Preparation of tender specifications for purchase of services
- Review, evaluate & recommend tender submissions with Business Unit and provide technical advice and clarifications
- Preparation of contract upon confirmation of award and compiling all necessary documents
- Resolving technical issues arises from Business Unit with contractors and authorities
- Monitor contractors to ensure works are carried out according to regulations, requirements, specifications and comply to safety protocol
- Supervision of documentation relating to payments, systems and contracts, as well as tracking of invoices.
- Supervision of lease agreements of Business Unit properties.
- Supervision of and monitoring utilities billings for the Business Unit.
- Oversees the maintenance of the Airfreight Terminals, including the cold rooms, and ensures that building maintenance and renovation works are carried out properly and promptly
- Oversees the conduct of site inspections to verify that finished works conform to the specified requirements
- Be responsible for safety of the work environment, ensuring staff compliance with safety instructions, procedures and regulations
- Any other non-routine tasks as assigned by the superiors

**Key requirements**
- Degree in Facilities Management or Engineering with at least 3 years experience preferably in industrial facilities.
- Good project management skill
- Experience in supervising sub-contractors and third party service providers
- Ability to work with staff at all levels
