As ASM is rapidly expanding, we have an opportunity for an intern to join our IT delivery team to provide best-in-class IT service delivery and infrastructure support across the organization and to end users.

**A day in the life of an IT Intern**
- Assist to write IT Service Delivery Processes
- Design and improve on IT Service Delivery workflows
- Develop PowerBI dashboards
- Work closely with the Global IT Helpdesk team to review and analyze incident trends
- Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.

**What Will Make You Successful?**
- Undergraduate pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in information Technology, Computer Science or any relevant courses on IT
- Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Ambitious and talented with excellent study results, have an international orientation, thrive in a multicultural organization.
- You have great flexibility and enjoy a motivational level that is best described as ‘passionate’.
