Position Description:

**Legrand **has an exciting opportunity for a
**IT Support Specialist II **to join the
**Starline Team** in
**Singapore**. The Support Specialist position will provide technical support to company employees.
**What Will You Do?**
- Provide technical support for end users in person, via phone or remote access
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco networking
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows servers
- Support general hardware and software technical issues.
- Maintain and repair computer and peripheral devices
- New employee setup, deployment and onboarding
- Maintain inventory of software licenses and hardware
- Install and configure software on machines
- Manage cybersecurity vulnerabilites
- Arrange maintenance and repairs from vendors
- Purchase and provision of IT supplies
- Other various duties as necessary or assigned
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven IT experience supporting end users, servers, and networks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, while managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service orientation; strong interpersonal skills
- Skilled at resolving complex problems
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Self-motivated and self-directed
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Five years IT support experience managing Windows server environments and networks
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
