Senior Fencing Coach

**Roles & Responsibilities
You will work with the Head Coaches, Director, Managing Director, colleagues, and Stakeholders and be responsible for planning and implementing the training and competition plans for the students.
**Requirements
- Competitive Coaching Experience at either Epee or Sabre at the Cadet (Under 17), Junior (Under 20), and Senior level.
- Minimum Experience - Competitive Fencer at the National or International level for at least 5 years.
- Prior experience working in a commercial fencing academy is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in Basic English and good interpersonal skills. Able to communicate with kids as young as 4 years old to Veteran fencers above 50 years of age.
- Applicants should be committed to instilling good values and character development in students.
- Good organizational skills; Ability to run classes independently and effectively, ensuring the quality of each class conducted.
- Good administrative skills or willingness to learn; Participants are to be able to respond to customers' inquiries, explain our fees & schedule, and recommend the suitable class or level for them. Fulfill attendance taking and other simple administrative duties required.
- Passion and Drive to work together with students to improve and develop.
- Proactive and willing to learn and a good team player.
- To complete all required courses needed (Sponsored by Company) required to coach in Singapore and Singapore Schools.
